Finally got the sliders on today, torque to 35. never feels like enough. Probably going to be rechecking over the next few months to make sure they don't loosen. Taking the bike out to cape cod in 2 days. Thinking about all the sand around and risk of sliding out. I figured i better get them on...

So I have to ask. Did you put the sliders on and was 35 ok? i have to put mine on but wife threw out box with directions. She hates the bike unfortunately. I should have asked her first. Naw!!
