Is the "Sargent Super-cell insert" that your referred to an add-on pad (like sheepskins and beads) or is it the type of padding that they use when ordering a new or custom seat? I checked out the Sargent site and don't see any reference to it.

I have one that came with my '05 that I just bought last Friday. There is no mounting to be done. It simply replaces and mounts in place of the rear passenger seat. It's "bucket" is identical to the rear seat's and it simply slides into place just as the rear seat does. Hope this helps.
