    Parasitic Battery Drain

Thanks for the input fellas. I mentioned the oil Viscosity because someone said that maybe the heavier viscosity was causing the more drag on start up, I thought that a bit far fetched but threw that info in there anyway. The Fuze-Block is switched through the ignition and the ZUMO doesn't get...

    Parasitic Battery Drain

Has anyone else experienced this with their FJR? I have a 2009 and have had problems with the battery draining and not being able to start my bike after a few days in the garage. I live in SoCal so cold weather should not be a factor. I am running Mobil 1 20w/50 all year round. I have to keep...

No, ionbeam I don't have a VM installed probably should though. I have a FuzzBlok installed for my Garmin and it is ignition switched, that's if for farkles. The dealership got another display, installed it and it still has the same problem, makes me wonder if they realize there 'IS' supposed to...

Does GEN II use battery if the bike is turned off?

My bike was in for service and while in I mentioned that my battery was draining and wouldn't start the bike on cold days here in San Diego. I took the battery out and had them check it first and they said the battery was good, Hmmmm. While troubleshooting the problem at the shop they said that...

Old Wild Bill's highway mounting plates and pegs

Hi K Rider, I ordered and received the Kuryaken Pegs and offsets, and received the WB mounting plates today. Question, did you have to drill out the mounting holes on the plates? the bolts that came with the offsets are too big. Thanks, Ken

Garauld is good for a Threesome

Thanks ionbeam, I actually stumbled on the post while sifting through all the 'Goodies' that are posted on here. I am just going to keep with the Hard & Soft luggage I already own and have invested in so. The $$ I'll save will be spent on a suspension rebuild by Cogent Dynamics in Fletcher, N.C...

Garauld is good for a Threesome

Wow! I just saw this post on the Fastbag. I surmise that it holds 'Way' more than the Yami tour topbox? I am going to do the 'Run For The Wall' coming up on May 18th 2011 and this would look so much better. Are the compressable sections waterproof/resistant?

    impressive sliders

I talked to a guy at T-Rex the other day and he mentioned that they will be updating the photo to show their new design. FYI if you are thinking about getting these they are still honoring the original price of the older style $19.95 but the price will increase here shortly. He said that the...

    Sena SMH10

I too bought a SENA SMH10 Double pack. The sound is really good for GPS, MP3, Phone, Bike to bike and Passenger. Set-up was easy. I have a Shuberth C3 modular helmet and had to use the 3M adhesive attachment with a slight mod for the tinted visor slide. The battery life so far has been great...

    Cee Bailey Seat

I live in San Marcos, CA. and rode up to Cee Bailey's about 80 miles North in Montebello, CA today and ordered one of their seats. Danny took all the measurements right there on the spot and then showed me around their shop where many a aircraft and bike window/windscreen were being made. I...
