Changing from Touring to Sport Mode does not change the power, just how quick you get it. It seems to effectively change the throttle from a half turn throttle to a quarter turn.

On mine, the usual problem is the front brake pivot (tied to the microswitch) sticking slightly. You can tell if the problem is either the front brake or the clutch by bumping the ever forward. If you still have the problem, it is the rear brake.

Not exactly. There is only one real (designed for a horn) mounting bracket for the horn for the Gen III's. On the other hand, you can use the bolt at top of the right corner of the radiator to mount the other.
