'03 spotted

[FJR Bandit]

Spotted an '03 with a Tanji fuel cell on SR9 in New Mexico. He was going by the Border Patrol Checkpoint eastbound towards Columbus, NM. Tried to stop him for a chat, but he was gone as fast as he came.
