'05 Winshield Wanted

I'm looking for a windshield for my '05. I think it is the same as the '04 and the taller '03. BTW, don't use S100 on your shield. It causes the coating to peel off :dribble:

S-100 ranks right up there with Rain-X as a destroyer of windshields.

Use Rain-X on the CeeBaileys replacement screen, had no trouble with that. Used S100 on past bikes, but found that while it was a great degreaser, sometimes it degreased a little too much. Never had it wreck anything, it just dried out all the lube points so you were chasing everything down with lube all the time. I gave up on the stuff, since it was kinda spendy. :beee:

Just an update to my S100 windshield problem. I contacted the folks at S100 and they have requested the damaged windshield to see for themselves. They are sending UPS to pick it up on Monday so we'll see what happens.
