I'm in Arlington, VA. My bike is posted in craigslist in DC and neighboring cities. Here's the ad copy.

Well maintained, 26k miles. Priced for prompt sale. Will consider a trade that balances finances. Brit bikes welcome too.

In '06 Yamaha refined the air control, making the cockpit much more comfortable. The radiator was splayed to send hot air away from the rider. The windscreen is well ventilated, reducing negative air pressure, back blowing wind. The windscreen is controlled by a switch on the left bar, raising and lowering. The lower fairing is adjustable between more protection or more ventilation.

This modern sports/tourer is fuel injected with ABS. Setup for long distance touring and able to handle like a sports bike. This bike is an excellent investment with numerous 'farkles' added for real touring.

Thanks for the direct. I'm less than 2 miles from a dealership in Falls Church, VA.

The more I'm still riding this makes me want to keep it though….

There's one recall on the main switch. Instructions from Yamaha say to throw out the new cylinder and replace with the old one to keep the key situation down to one key.

So some guy whose id pic is Larry Fine is giving good advice. Can't beat that. I pulled down all my craigslist ads: DC, Richmond, Fredburg, Norfolk, Winchester, Annapolis. There's nothing else like an FJR.
