There's a silver 06 AE at Roseville Yamaha going for $18,430 out the door. Is that the normal price?

Possibly. A lot of dealerships are asking MSRP. I paid $15k out-the-door for my AE from L.A. Yamaha in Marina Del Rey, CA.

I saw that too. If I remember correctly about $3,000 of that was a mark up due to it being a desired bike.

Roseville is very inspired to sell the AE, that price is for those dumb enough to pay it rather than to negotiate for the best price. I know from direct knowledge that they'll make a deal on an AE that would make any serious shopper happy.

I'd be surprised if they wouldn't deal, they're a good bunch. That's just the first 06 I've seen with a price tag on it and I really didn't know what they're going for loaded and brand new. It almost made me wish I had waited but the silver color looks slow and very lean resistant :lol:
