06+ fuse block unused circuits?

In the right (outer) fuse box there appear to be two unused wired circuits. I'm wondering if there's any information on the acceptable load for each circuit and if anyone has used them to power their farkles. I'm getting ready to install some heated grips and heat troller, Stebel horn and a few other items in my newly acquired 2007 .

I looked at this too, although not real closely, and IIRC it looked like those available spots had no contacts installed in the block. If I am wrong, Id be very interested in what you find out and how easy (or difficult) it is to utilize them. As a SWAG, I'd say you'd be safe running the same as whatever the max circuit amperage that is currently used in the block (don't recall what that is though.)
