Like the title says..

Comes with mounting plate , mounting hardware , lock , key and backrest..

Has a small scratch above the latch from the garage door , covered it with a sticker.. Shines up like a new penny other than that..

If you got an 07 the you need this , will hold a case of beer on ice !
