12K on a PR2 front?

Is it possible to get 12K out of a PR2 front tire? Who's done it?

Corollary: What's the highest mileage you've gotten out of a sport touring front tire, and which tire was it?

EZ to get 12K out of PR 2...i got 15.2 and 16.3 out of my last 2 on a 2004 model.

I've got about 8k on mine, and there still going strong. I can forsee another 4-6k without issues.

Can't say about the PR2 (though I'm now running them) but I got 11,000 + off of the stock Bridgestone. It was very bald and fairly dangerous but I was unemployed so that made it all right. Thing was, it was a damn sight better than the rear when I finally made the change.

Hope to get 20,000 off the PR2s with a minimum of drops.

Yep. One on the bike right now. A bit cupped, but still workin'

I had 10,500 on mine when I pulled them. The rear picked up a little nail and was getting pretty thin so changed both out, the front would have went that far.

At this rate the Azero's I bought on top of the PR2's in a special buy are going to be too old to mount by the time the PR2's wear out

16k on a Conti Road Attack, but it really sucked the last 2k. Those big tread blocks still cup, and you really notice it when it's that far gone.

My 08 came with the Metzeler Z6, I am close to 11K and the front is just starting to show some cupping
