That is an Art Deco design that was hot in the early 1900s.  Better check to see if there is an extended warranty before buying.

Any time I see metal work like that I appreciate it whether I like it or not. Cool to look at, after googling about Stream Line KJ Henderson it was said to be heavy and difficult to ride. You certainly would have to be long legged to get your legs around it!
