I only have been told that it's in good condition, starts up straight away and is kick start.

It came with an electric starter but may have been removed or it died and wasn't fixed. Nice looking old kawi, Maybe Carver should own it.

I think not. I was working summers in a Kawasaki dealership busting those (and others) out of crates. Kawasaki was heavily advertising "gas savings" with a $995 motorcycle. The $1200 model had front disc brake, e-start, tach, and chrome (vs painted) fenders.
