Not without some problems unless you have a modified union bolt. They went from a concave baseplate to a convex baseplate and frequently do not seal very well unless you have the aforementioned union bolt.

Most all of the automotive filters changed to a convex base.

Here's an example. Old filter on the left, new one on the right.

The new ones bottom out on the oil filter boss before fully engaging the gasket.
