Tourque Wrench pic has me wondering

Break callipare even fell off

I could see it if the bottom of the fork tubes came off but I'm thinking this is just another not real photo on the web

But I must say it is funny but not Ha Ha Funny

I may be wrong but I seem to recall a pic of a stunt rider who would ride his bike without the front wheel. Apparently he could ride a wheelie for miles and miles, then bring the bike to a stop and hop off. I wonder if this is the same guy.
