I finally figured out what I was doing wrong with my image posting. A friend took some pics at the races this past weekend at Barbers. He used an 8 megapixel camera with a pretty good telephoto lens. I'll reduce these to prevent a bitch slappin' by the admins.
The first 2 pics show a collision by 2 bikes on the first lap in turn #5 (hairpin). In the first pic you see the rider starting his launch from a high-side. Note the #64 bike.
Here's Ben Spies in a turn w/ Miguel Duhamel behind. Notice how Spies sticks his elbows out... he has "Elbows" stitched on the back of his suit.
Matt Mladin butt-surfing from a low-side in turn 5 in the Sunday race. He had a funny quote when they asked him about it later... he said "I was coming into the turn and ran out of talent."
