I just picked up some BMW bag liners and am heading up to Cambria later tonight. Likely get some rain but I need to get this bike out on the road for some one on one time. I would go if I was not heading out of town. :yahoo:

shoulda traded it in on the BMW....

R
THE BIKE JUST SOLD FOR EXACTLY $7500. I made a few extra grand by waiting Richard so it was worth it.
RATS!

(Did I say that out loud? I meant to say Congratulations on the sale, and I'm sure the new owner will be thrilled. It's a beautiful machine, beautifully farkled and maintained.)

I was over at my brother in law's yesterday and showed it to him. He was in lust, too. (He was unfamiliar with the AE and was intrigued by the idea.)

Congrats again!

cool....you gonna bring the BMW up to tech day next weekend?

R
Yes I will bring it on tech day. Oddly enough I invited the new owner Randy who will also be coming on his new bike. He is so excited, and I am happy its going to a good family.

Thanks man! It took a few more test rides to sell than normal because the new owner had the same reservations. Once he realized it was a fit (the third test ride) he smiled and paid me in cash. The guy only lives 1 mile from me too. Glad its gone but very sad to see it go. It never let me down and was a great running bike.
