Hmmm... looking at spending more than that on a smaller bike for the GF... wonder if I could convince her to go 'full size'.

How much would it be for winter storage? Buy now pick up in the spring? (Guess i'd have to see if I could insure it.

Beautiful bike. I just bought one for $8000. It has only 3,000 miles. I`m shopping around for the travel trunk. Do you think it is worth the money? Any problems along the way? I just had the heated grips installed and the harness recall done. I also put on the Vance&Hines CS One slip ons. Gives it a nice sound.

Bump for a bike that someone needs to recognize as a steal!

(My bride is getting tired of hearing about it. Please, somebody snap this one up before I really irritate her and fly to Iowa.)

Hey Sparky, any word on when this is loading on a truck bound for CA? It is scheduled to be dropped at my address, and I'd like to make sure Jamie is preoccupied whilst I do a test ride. :yahoo:

I guess eventually I'll have to get him to get a member account here, but it's so easy this way.

I haven't heard anything yet. I don't think Jamie had a time either as it didn't sound like Eagle One had an ETA on when they were picking it up.

The bike delivered earlier this month and we have been out on some rides in our local twisties to round out the flat tire-wear pattern from Iowa :p . It is is very very nice condition, and whilst my I keep reminding myself I own a superior Gen I, I am quite jealous of the deal Jamie got on this.
