When approaching an intersection or light and the throttle is in the neutral position the bike stalls, this doesn't happen all the time but on occasion. I took it back to the dealer and they changed the throttle degrees from 16 to 18 and I am still having the problem. I understand others may have this problem can anyone offer any insight as to what it may be. The throttle sensor is supposed to be the updated version, I am waiting to hear from Yamaha as to what may be causing this and or solutions to rectify the problem. If anyone has ideas or is experiencing the same problem please let me know.

Everthing has been tried with none result, or very few.

Good luck

Adjust your idle speed to 1200 RPM's. No more stalling, less jerkiness with the throttle off/on transition, better battery voltage in traffic if the fan is running or you have on heated gear.

S76 hit it right on the head. Bring the idle speed up a smidge and the stalling "should" go away. My '06 was set below 1000 rpm when I took delivery and I had some of the same problems.
