Did you get to read the cycleworld mag on the r6 not being able to hit the revs that are stated to be the redline on the bike?

It’s in the may 2006 issue page 140. Must be a real big thing mommy yammy has put out a press replace stating that they will buy back the bikes plus shipping and prep no questions asked.

Any more info on this?

i rode the new r6, and put enough miles on it to say the new k6 gsxr600 will eat it up in stock trim. the bike will fall over in a parking lot on rollon if you try to turn is before it hits 7k on the tach.

it needs to at 11k to even move out of its own way.

after 11k it works fine, the rider will need to keep it on the boil to have any fun.

a fun track bike but a rotton street ride imo.
