SOLD - With a heavy heart I am offering my Feejer for sale. $7k or make me a reasonable offer.

The bike did have a couple of stationary parking lot tip-overs; the only visible scratches are on the underside of one bag and the underside of the exhaust can. Cannot be seen without laying on the floor next to the bike. Fortunately these frame sliders do work extremely well.

Here is a list:

- ALL recalls done, including the latest harness change (spider).

- <26k miles, all oil changes since I had it were done with 100% synthetic Shell Rotella, final drive gear oil synthetic Red Line, iridium plugs at 20k miles.

- I had it since 17.5k; Previous owner serviced at Rockwall Yamaha, Texas until sold to me.

- Forks were reworked less than 1000 miles ago at GP Suspension

- Throttle spring unreeled one turn

- Michelin PR2 tires have lot's of life left

- G2 Throttle tube

- Motovation Frame Sliders

- Throttlemeister heavy bar ends (=manual cruise)

- Power Commander III USB with custom dyno map

- Custom upholstered OEM driver seat

- Ram mount for radar detector, phone etc.

- Ball mount for GPS

- Short summer shield, pristine new OEM shield and tall CalSci touring shield (on the bike right now)

- Autocom system installed, comes with all cables and helmet speaker/mic package. Pre-wired for cell phone, walkie-talkie or radar detector.

- Wild Bill highway pegs.

- Custom Bestem Top box with LED running and brake lights

- FZ1 mirrors (you will get OEM mirrors, extra air filter, oil filters, extra set of iridiums etc.)

- Rear reflective Real Industry decals on the side bags

- High Fusion Gripster Tank Grips

- Garmin ball mount cradle and Garmin GPSMAP 478 unit. This GPS has full waterway maps as well, perfect if you have a boat.

- Factory tool set.

It has the AE standard heated grips and the two side cases include both inner liner bags.

- Maintenance is completely up to date, last thing a week ago was a clutch soak, it shifts absolutely smooth and fast.

If you decide to sell the Autocom and or GPSMap 478c separately, PM me with a price. It will probably bring more on its own than with the bike.

It is cold and rainy in the PNW. I wonder if this poor bike wants to come back home to sunny and warm Texas.

Good luck with the sale Chris!

Have you already picked up a Tuono or still looking?

Hi George,

The deal with my wife is to first sell the FJR, and then wait for a while before buying a lighter weight new (used) bike.... :-(

At least I know now that the Tuono is what I'll be looking for later this year, which helps a tremendous amount for finally getting motivated to sell the FJR.

I know that kind of deal sounds kind of harsh, but sort of understandable from where she's coming from. On top of being the mom for two young kids, 4 years ago I needed extra care from her for a broken clavicle and two broken ribs (high-sided the previous bike on wet moss), a year and a half ago for breaking both right tibia and fibula skiing, 9 months ago after the removal of all the metal, and then 6 months ago when I broke the same freaking tibia and fibula in the same leg yet again when this bike tipped over onto my leg.

She worries everytime I take the bike to work, I guess as my nurse she is entitled to a break...

Hi Tom,

You are one of two people in line now for the GPS, and the only one for the Autocom. Of course this depends on what the future buyers preferences are, so I would like to wait for a little bit before making any decisions.

Sale Pending to a fellow forum member, and another fellow forum is next in line in case the first one falls through. I'll let the new owner speak for himself if he wants to.

I'll miss all the nice folks I met at the Techmeets in Auburn, last years BBQ and at the Windy Ridge rides!!

I'll stay in touch and might show up again here and there once I have another toy to scoot around with :p
