Offering it up as a whole unit before I part it out...

$1500

2007 FJR1300 AE
78,000 miles
This is the automatic clutch version
Runs Rough
Appears to never have been crashed but has scrapes from being dropped or tipped over.
I bought the bike for a project and lost interest in it.

Additional accessories available for an addition (reasonable) cost.

I believe the AE (w/o the clutch lever) have a different paint color than the A model each year.

Yup looks exactly like my 2007 AE. Lucky for me its in Ohio or I might have bought it just for spare parts. LOL

When you say it runs rough, can you be more specific? Could be as simple as a plugged MAP sensor (that happened to me) or something up to and including an engine that is totally toasted. If I was close by, I would love to have a go at it and help you eliminate simple stuff. Worth WAY more as a properly functioning bike with some cosmetic issues than a 10 year old carcass for parts! Any stored error codes? Was compression/leakdown checked?

Good luck with the sale if you have lost the inspiration to work on it.

It runs rough up to 3000 rpm. After that it smooths out, but not convinced hp is right. It will also stall if you give it throttle off idle while cold. Synced the throttle bodies and checked the valves which are in spec. No stored error codes. Compression was checked but I'm not convinced it was done correctly.

I need this out of the garage...price drop...$1250 firm. I will part it out before I sell it for any less. $1400 with additional rifle and Yamaha touring windshield and top box mounting plate for a Givi Box.

Damn I'm glad you're clear across the country from me, I just emptied my bank account buying my FJR 2 weeks ago!!

If you get into the "part it out" mode, I'd like to have the glove box and latch assembly complete.

This sounds like a machine that Brodie would love!! Only thing missing is a big, fat, flat rear tire....

Where are you located - I'm going to Tennessee mid September...... might be interested.....
