This bike was previously set up for rallying and ran in four IBRs and a few other rallies. 97k miles, very very good condition. I competed in the 2023 IBR on the bike and it is flawless. I have removed most of the LDR mods and the bike is now essentially stock.
* 2008 FJR 1300A -- black
* Currently has a car tire on the rear with 15k miles on it (60% tread). I have another wheel with a PRGT4 on it with 50% tread I will swap onto it if you're not a darksider.
* Front Road 6 GT with 14k, will need replacement soon
* Giraud Front Riding pegs (will take these off and sell if someone is interested -- I left them on because I don't have stock bolts and I'll need to source some)
* new brakes front and rear at 82k
* fresh oil and final drive oil at 97k (0 miles since)
* V-Stream aftermarket windshield
* 1" bar risers
* brand new stock seats
* frame sliders
* left powerlet replaced with a dual usb port / voltmeter fused and wired to battery
* battery tender connection on battery
* bag liners
* Very little scuffing on bodywork/paint, overall 8.5/10 appearance
* assortment of new and various stages of used brake pads. =)
I will ride to you anywhere in the US before it snows for a plane ticket back to minnesota. This is an amazing motorcycle for $4500. I'm selling because after the IBR I bought a K1600GTL and it is just a bit more amazing and fits my triangle better. I'm pretty firm on this price but if you make a good argument as to why I should charge you more, give it a shot.
