Can't find Nick Hisham in the member's list. There are Nicks but no Hisham.
Not much help but I THOUGHT Nick was based in Malaysia at least that's where most of his ride reports were from................
nik.hisham. Malaysia is split by a sea and the two halves at the closest point are no less than ~200 miles apart so people can both be in Malaysia but still be separated by 600 miles of water.
Must be looking at a different map to me. Nik is in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), the OP says he is in the Philippines which is approximately 2000 miles to the North East!

Can't fix the bike still, anybody has any idea? Is it my ECU?
I know there isn't much room to play with but..............

I would try connecting all five grounds through something like a terminal block to the main ground. I would expect you will get the same result.

Now disconnect one at a time to establish which one is causing the problem.

Hi,

sorry to hear of your problems.

I'd suggest looking at RZ350's post on the ground Bus

On his spreadsheet , I'd bell out / meter the wires to and from the S4 spider.

The large wire, 16 gauge is the ground to the battery. (remember the larger the gauge, the smaller the wire)

The S4 spider also cascades from the S6 and S3 spiders and these have other spider neutrals feeding into them.

Split them as Donal suggested.

One suggestion, a mate had a fault on his horn circuit that resembled a S6 spider fault. The horn circuit is switched on the neutral side of the horns, ie the horn switch sinks the current to neutral. However it was taking out a fuse when the ignition was switched on.

One other thing to try is to run a separate wire to the battery negative (ground) and use that to ground S4, leaving the original main 'ground' wire disconnected.

If that works for S4 then you will need to look at what's going on downstream of S4...................

Find out if the recall was done (or not) and let the dealer handle it. If it WAS done, make absolutely certain that you report it as a recurrence after the recall work had already been performed once - and like Ionbeam said, make certain to stress that it is a safety related defect.

Thanks for all the effort, finally got it running again, it was the spider ground on the left front with intermittent contact, grounded it with a separate wire directly and now it's working great. At least now I have no fear when it comes to wiring. I could not thank you enough my friends.

Glad you got it sorted, but I would recommend "fixing" all of the spiders, irrespective of how they might look right now. It's much better to do the fix in the comfort of your garage than to try to patch something up, if you still can (i.e. if the wires didn't fry) somewhere in BFE. You do it once, and forget about the spiders for the life of the bike.

This is what I use on all my connectors not just 'ground spiders' ACF-50

I open the connector, remove the 'shorting link' and lightly spray some ACF-50 in each side. Re fit and forget it.

I guess I should add, when you open the connector and remove the shorting link, inspect all the components for any signs of corrosion or overheating.
