2009 Indy MotoGP tickets are on sale

Just got an e-mail from a friend that you can reorder tickets for the next year. keithaba, griff and others are you guys going to be renewing your seats that you had this year?

I think they were great seats.

Problem that I am having is I let a friend of mine order tickets last year and now I am at his mercy to get the same seat. I was told by the Indy people that he has to write a letter telling them to release my ticket to me. Will see what happens.

I got the letter with my tickets for this year, IIRC you need to have your tickets ordered by September 29th to keep your same seats. I am going to wait until the 1st of October & put in the request for a different section than I sat in this year.

You don't have to wait to ask to change seats. You can do it on-line. They give you the option to release, renew, or change your order. You can do this during the renewal time.

Got my application in on Monday. You can make an extremely detailed request for tickets online if you like. Race day is Aug 30, 2009.

Can't wait to see what Nicky could do there on that badass Duc with Bridgestones!

The 6 seats were purchased by Quicksilver and if he doesn't order them, I will. I liked being on the top row and it was a great view of the track.

Don't know about releasing seats to others.
