Yes, I believe so, along with the keyed alike fuel filler cap.

I don't think I have that part. What connects to it?

It has the shock adjuster on the left side, the voltage regulator in the middle and the ABS stuff on the right. Bolts onto the bottom of the rear subframe. No big deal if you don't have it.
