Hi Guys,
Well, I thought I was finally going to join the ranks of FJR owners when I found a local dealer that said he could get me an 09 from their warehouse by the next day. However when we sat down and started talking seriously, he wouldn't give me much on my trade and wouldn't budge off msrp on the FJR. By the time they had added in all their bullsh*t costs the price was over $18,000 OTD not counting my trade. I told him they must not be trying to sell anything and left. The point of this story is that another local dealer has a left-over 07 AE for a good price. I have been afraid to get an AE but I'm beginning to rethink. Since many of you that own AE's seem to like them maybe I should take the chance and get it. That is the only alternative if I want an FJR because I must trade my present bike in. Buying from a private party is not an option. So what do you all think? Should I get the AE or not? If I get it and don't like it my wife will kill me because she said my next bike must be my last for at least 4-5 years. Thanks for any input and opinions!
