Comes with side bag liners, owners manual, and OEM Service manual. Has mount and antennae for XM radio. Just need a radio and subscription. FJR reflective stickers on back of side bags. Comes with stock seat, not the one pictured. Maintenance log kept since bought with 4,600 miles.
