The dealer has been saying my 2014 ES would arrive by the end of January, and yesterday, it actually showed up!

Did the paperwork and got to check out the ES today. This thing is beautiful! ******* County Motorsports in Wilmington, OH, is a class act. Was introduced to all the staff and the service manager spent over an hour with me. He is an A enduro rider, so we hit it off right away. He went over everything- controls, adjustments, service items etc. He was able to answer every technical question with authority. These people love motorcycles and greatly enjoy the time spent with customers. Been riding over 40 years and this is the best dealer experience I've ever had.

Unfortunately the weather is so cold and nasty I can't bring it home. I could have it delivered, but my unheated gararge is too cold to work in, so I left it at the dealer. This brief delay gives me time to get it insured and order the rest of the farkles.

Had a great day today!

Gee, when I bought my '12 at Sky Powersports, in Lakeland FL, the sales guy tried to introduce me to the service manager, but the service guy was much too busy on his cell phone to bother speaking to a potential customer. Sales guy notes that the service department is a big hole for the dealership. I have not returned -- and suspect very few buyers ever do.

Congratulations Norm.

I picked my 2014 FJR up last week. Had the first service on Friday. I have owned a V star 1300, Honda ST1300 and a GL1800 Goldwing. I must say, this is the best bike I have owned - love it.

Congratulations Norm.

Get that thing home and feel my pain of looking at it in the garage and wishing you could get in a few rides.

At least you can start the farkling and get it ready for the Spring!

Norm, I think I see a break in the weather! Friday it might sneak above freezing and will have some sun. The glow of a new bike should keep you plenty warm for the ride home.
