I agree about the "they ain't pretty". Had Cee Bailey on my RT and absolutely hated the looks of the plastic sticking out and the butt-ugly mounting discs that show through. I went to the Lamin-X on my RS & will probably do the same on my FJR, even though I'm sure it won't stand up to a major direct hit as well as the Cee Bailey. I'll take my chances in having a cleaner look for having some chip protection.I have those protectors too. They aren't pretty but, they do the job.
+1 on the Cee Baileys. Have had them on most of my bikes. Never an issue with the fit. The mounting tabs are a little flimsy and I asked for the 3/4 inch full rounds and have not had any problems since.I run Cee Bailey. Aeroflow did not make them for my 2013 when I checked.
I had something hit one of my lights and shattered the protector. All the pieces stayed attached and there was no damage to the $600 light module it was protecting. Cee Bailey sent me a complete new set for free including shipping. I'm a fan of Cee Bailey.
Generally, Cee Bailey runs a discount on their headlight protectors if you buy a windshield from them.
