I just looked at the calendar (work has been very intrusive lately) and decided I should start getting my **** together. Officially two weeks away.

Lol, I'm moving this weekend, gotta get ready for EOM, then I'll think about Hooterville!

Hello gentleman.., I would like to throw this out there... On Saturday dinner. The plan was to go to the Catfish Kettle in Farmington (10 miles away). There is a place within walking distance of the motel ( just in case anyone has had a beer or three). It is a smorgasbord type restaurant. and all you can eat. I ate there the other day and I thought everything was good.

Or, if you don't want to ride down to the Catfish joint we can pile into my van for the trip. Just throwing this option out there.

You're volunteering to taxi drunkards to the restaurant? My HERO!!

BTW - I rode into the parking lot of the Super 8 yesterday... it almost didn't look open... maybe they were fumigating or something?

Fumigating before we get there? That seems a bit inefficient.

As a noob, I abstain from voting. I will drink, and I will ride, but not in that order.

The bigger question is how close is a secondary beer supply to the hotel ... I can easily limit to a beer with dinner ...

Seriously though, very nice of you to sacrifice your van for hooligans ... Does not matter to me. Whatever place you recommend will suit me fine. After a full day of riding, most anything is welcome ...

Sounds like we are going to have a good size group next weekend. Can't wait. I have to be on my best behavior though becuase I just got a speeding ticket few weeks ago.

Hooterville is one week away and the Tenere needs a rear tire and FJR need both tires. I better figure out what bike I'm going to take, break out the NoMar, and get one ready to go.

Oh hell, who am I trying to fool, I prolly won't get around to that until next Tuesday night. The night before Wednesdays trip.

Ditto on the "Drats". I'd like to see a yellow FJR in person. <drool> Maybe I can get to MN next summer during a planned ride to Atlanta, Wisconsin.

I'm in. Traveling Thursday with plans for Patsy Cline Memorial and crossing the Mississippi on a ferry.

Love brats with mustard; brain food.
