2019-1107 Broken Saddle Bag Latch

Well, the bag latch broke. The plastic arm is no more. I had seriously overstuffed the bag and the lid was very tight to the inner case. That plus I wasn't being gentle either.




Fortunately, RayzerMan Ray from fjriders.com has a spare bag sans cover so hopefully soon I'll have inventory to work with.

Curly Joe, out of town for a month, [Rich] has a scuffed up bag of the right color. Don't remember which side though. Which side do you need?

That area looks very dirty and abused. Perhaps the dirt and crud buildup over stressed the latch.   :aikido:
