Couldn't tell what this was all about...restoration or new classics or what....kinda neat looking tho.

These are some company called JP Moto. The police one is used in China. Reading it, they have small gas tanks and a 'cell'. so i guess some kind of hybrid? wasn't much there to go on, but that's my take.
