Bret Higman and his friend Erin McKittrick, are doing a 4000 mile hike from Seattle, Washington to False Pass, Alaska.
Per their website, Bret and Erin have dubbed their trip “Journey on the Wild Coast” and it will be an unprecedented four-thousand-mile expedition along the northern edge of the Pacific Ocean, through some of the most rugged terrain in the world. No road or trail follows this steep and fragmented coastline. They’ll be traveling through forests, between islands, around glaciers, and across the tundra - by foot, packraft, and skis. No one has done this before.
They are currently on Day 20 of the trek and have crossed into Canada.
If you want to follow their adventure, they have set up the following website to document the journey:

And I thought it was hard doing my trip to Alaska with my FJ1100.
