Probably because that IS Carver!!!

LOL @ O.M. and his photoshop tricks!

And Fairlainer, do you see your head (at least I think that's you) way up in the trees in another shot (look above and to the left of "Slumdog Millionaire" marquee). Or Hycle's head in yet another beneath the Merced and Oakhurst signs???

I do like to ride north on 49 which from Morro Bay is a straight shot to Oakhurst, then north on 49 from there, so there!
George, I announced this ride and asked for accomplices. Ya gotta speak up beforehand.
It's OK OM. I couldn't muster this weekend anyways. Glad you had the time to do it and that you had a nice ride. The pictures were great and I'll be surfing that asphalt via 2 wheels soon enough. :D

I guess(?) we are all beginning to appreciate your dedication! :elf:

Hmm.. nobody has commented on how 'haunted' those pics were. How did you find time to stop and capture the 'hauntedness'!

Seriously, though, thanks.. help me get through another -30 drive to work in the dark this morning.

Very nice pixs, looks like another Fine Day Out! I guess I can vicariously enjoy OM's ride while we are getting another 15 inches of snow here. It seems that OM went on a head hunting trip while out on his birthday ride. In addition to the mirror picture there were these too:

You missed the offroad FJR.. I think OM was paying homage to himself.

Hey -- another nice catch. Not sure that's an FJR though. That might be Reno John on his 1000 VStrom from the looks of the pipes. O.M. was surely being feisty. I wonder how many more images O.M. planted. You know he's grinning his ass off.

Nice report Michael... I am thinking that at some point you're going to pass your Photoshop class and we will all be doomed. Just remember everyone of us next weekend will be bringing a camera and every time you take a breath, someone will get a head shot of you for the body of our choice!

Michael thats hilarious, I thought I was going nuts when i looked at that picture and i say DC. All i could think of was that it has been a while since I saw Michael.

I even searched thru my pictures to find a pic of Michael to compare it against but couldn't find one.

Nice pictures anyway. Michael you need to come and ride 36 with us in May......

I NOW SEE THE PROBLEM, THIS IS ALL CAUSE HE TURNED 54 TODAY........

Happy Birthday Mike.

I think that was an after thought. The image is not in Brodie's reply. :dntknw:

"Where's Waldo" can keep a simple mind like mine busy for hours!

I took a ride saturday too but only saw two other bikes out. No pics though our Panasonic is not waterproof, and alas, either is my Kilimanjaro.

I would like to send you the smell of Dundee Oregon where everyone must heat with wood, and the different varieties burning in various non EPA approved apparatus, made a grillers perfume, an incense, that made me both cough and smile. It's every campfire of your youth, its the burn in your throat of rural poverty, the lofty promise of a most resourceful people, an off the grid protest, a primative act of heat exchange, tribal dancers, a funeral pyre, and recognition that even the air is sometimes alien not too far from your home.

I loved the pic of the town that has Slumdog Millionare playing in cinema #4, that's a classic!
