Got a new '08 FJR and it seems to be a little vibee at around 4k RPM. It has 150 mile on the clock. Is this a trait of the bike, or does it smooth out some as the miles add up, or do I maybe need to sync the TB's?

Thanks. Mark

This is a question for all you mechanics out there that know more than I do about TB sync methods.

I'm thinking that it is possible to sync the TBs with a two tube meter such as a Carbtune. Correct me if I am wrong but if you sync each TB at idle off the # three TB it would be the same as connecting a four tube meter all at once.

Also to sync the TB plates at 4000RPM with a twin tube meter TBs #1& #2 would be done then #3 & #4. Then possibly getting the correct results of matching all four by measuring # 2 and # 3 together.

Would this work?
