8 days through southern Utah & Colorado

My son and I took a trip last year through southern Utah and had a great time at it, so we decided to do it again this year, but longer... My son typically rides an 04 VFR but has had an overheating gremlin so he didn't feel comfortable taking it out on a trip of this length. Being the generous father I am, I let him ride my FJR (that I was supposed to be on for this trip) while I rode the lazy boy, whoops i mean Goldwing...

I was planning on taking the Million Dollar Highway on my way home from NAFO, but when I mentioned it to TWN he told me I should take CO-149 over Lizard Head Pass instead, to avoid the traffic and construction delays. What a beautiful road...
