Met an old friend for lunch today. He just got his 96 Harley back from having a custom paint job done on it. He did not tell me he was having this done. I'm not much of a Harley kinda guy but the work he had done on his bike turned out very well IMHO. Here are the pic's

I thought the first pic was it's pre-paint rusty condition, and he'd hit some bird. Guess not, huh?

Glad to see the flames finally going up rather than just back. Nicely done.

Nice paint job for sure, some real talent went into that paint job! The canvas selection could have been better. Why go with paint when you can buy a BMW and get the real deal

In that first pic, I can't see the FJR. Why did they put that old clunker in front of it? :haha: :haha:

Now if those were real flames, it would be a nice piece of work in progress.

Ha Ha, couldn't resist. JK.

The artist is pretty good.

I really dig that type of flame job. Much better than the traditional flames. IMHO

Interesting. On most flame jobs, the flames lean rearward, giving the impression of forward movement at speed. On this Harley, the flames migrat upward indicating no movement. Coincidence? I think not.

Ya'll knew someone would have to go there... :D
