Aw gee you guys :blushsmiley: .... it was a ride in the park compared to what the IBR folks were doing. Just a bunch of sit here, twist that. Thanks to both of you for taking time from your IBR duties to witness my ride.
You know what the best part of that ride was? The end when I got to meet so many of my LD hero's. You want to talk about modest. After George and Warchild signed off my witness form I walked over to Dick Fish's Buell, where he was quietly gathering his paperwork. He took a few moments to tell me about some of his problems during the rally and when asked about his record setting Trans Americas ride (21 days, 2 hours, 8 minutes), he said the 2007 IBR was much harder. You couldn't meet a more modest man that Mr. Fish.
Congrats to all the FJR riders who rode in the rally and again to Iggy and ScooterG, who were kind enough to let Brian and I join them at the banquet. ScooterG, tell you girlfreind I said hi.
