when I was a young lad I used my friend's dog to chase one out of a driveway culvert and caught it in a dip net. carried it home all proud and stinking. my mom said she smelled me coming 10 minutes before I got there. I was really upset she didn't let me keep it. I believe it was a clorox bath that rendered me odor free and I had to bury my clothes in the back yard favorite cowboy boots and all. I really didn't think it was all that bad.

Dude, that is a sad story! what kind of mother wont let her boy have a pet?

I had a skunk for a pet as a kid. Her name was Flower. great pet!

When I was a kid we had a dog named Flower. She was named after the skunk that you named your skunk after.
