ABS Light Blinking

Hi Guys.. Anyone facing the above Problem in their FJR ?

Past Few days, i notice ABS Light is Blinking in my Gen 4 FJR.
It Blinks for few Minutes and Goes off and comes back again.

Is there any Issue in the Braking Sys where i need to do some cleaning ?

If anyone encounter such problem, How did you resolved it. Can share ? Thanks

Start with removing, cleaning and re-greasing the rear brake pedal. The pivot gets sticky and should be serviced at least annually.
It wouldn't hurt to remove the ABS sensors and make sure they are clean.

Edit: Does your cruise control work properly? A sticking rear brake pedal will also prevent the cruise from engaging.

Will get the rear brake pedal cleaned soon.
Riding this bike for past 3 Months and have not tried the cruise control yet. Maybe will try again after cleaning the rear brake pedal.

I think there was a brake switch recall on the Gen4, was yours part of that and was it done?

Would a faulty brake switch affect the ABS? Pretty sure it wouldn't on earlier Gen bikes.

Not sure, possibly if it was sticking on. Just thought I'd mention it as something to think about.
