..............Because I don't think anything will equal yesterday.

Saturday was a great riding day too, and some how I locked into the zen of it all. Bike ran perfect, no traffic, perfect weather, just one of those episodes when you just sit back and relax and let the bike run.

Run it did, linked together some county roads to get in the twist and turns, me and the bike, we where just railing everything. No wobbles, no bobbles, fast and smooth as silk.

Time to go home I turn north though the Mackinaw River Dells to pick up some big sweepers though that section, as we where coming out of the last one (at about double the posted), the RD goes berserk! County Deputy traveling in the opposite direction. S**T I know I'm busted, sure enough he lights them up, and then....................,and then.................................., he shuts them off and continued on his merry way.

See told you. PERFECT DAY. :D

Glad you had the perfect day. I have to say that I had one or twp of those as well during the NAFO trip. :)

Now get to washing yer bike. It's looking a little blemished. :clapping:

That is a perfect outcome after getting lit up like that... Question for ya? What kind of detector? I'm running a passport 8500 x50 on the bike and that sucker will pick up a radar gun a long, long, long way away. It's paid for itself 5 or 6 times over by helping me check my speed after spotting the bogey early. I'm wondering, do you think he did an "instant on" when he saw y'all coming?

I run the same RD, defiantly instant, Woodford County has all the latest and greatest, and now the wax on wax off.
