Bought this to try it out. Worked really well at re-directing wind over my helmet. I'm 5'9" and had it on a Cee Bailey windscreen. It measures at 6" tall, and 12" wide. Like new with instructions. Don't recall if there was a brand name on it. $25 plus shipping in the lower 48. Photos attached. Hopefully they all go through. Can send the larger versions if needed.
