Thanks for posting the link, Dave. Admore doesn't make the very brightest lights out there, but I like the light bar I have. Easy install once you figure out where to route the wire, and the wiring connector fits perfectly into the stock piece. Really like the way the turn signals scroll outward in a nice bright contrasting amber--very attention-getting.

Thx for the tip.... V46 LED lighting kit ordered up for my '05.

Now that we're back to std time here in CA, my commute home each afternoon is now in the dark and I've been wanting to upgrade my lighting in the back.

IMHO it's worth getting the plug-n-play harness adapter even if you choose rear lighting other than theirs. It's a good way to "tap into" a section of the wiring harness without cutting/splicing.

I'm also a Admore Light Bar guy, mounted mine below the license plate angled up a little. It always gets great reviews from others, being particularly liked on rainy days. ETA: I also later added a piece of steel plate to strengthen the license plate. I found some cracks in mine, presumably from the extra vibrations/wind-induced stress. No problems since.

Where did you mount the light bar Mike?

It sits just above the license plate on the bracket that came with the bar. There were a couple hand-tightened plastic screws to hold it on--easy installation, like I said. It's been a couple years so I don't remember all the details, but mostly because it was simple enough that I just did it, didn't have to fuss with it. So it wasn't memorable. I did have to take the small silver-colored side panel off the left side to route the harness through, kind of under the seat. Took a little patience, but just that part.

They make a couple light bars, one larger and a smaller one, I got the smaller, and it was plenty, and I like LOTS of lighting. There's a good video of how it looks working here (halfway down the page). By the way, it's very easy to turn the angle up or down after installation so it's facing the proper height for visibility.
