But I am too. I don't get it. Maybe it's for the those ADV rider blowhards? Only the BMW GS guys can afford a $50+ finger cover for their glove, and I suppose they are more apt to use it too?

It's supposed to call attention to your intent to change lanes when you turn your head to check. I don't know if it would work as advertised, but I thought the extra reflectivity on my black helmet couldn't hurt. Did I pay $24? Hell no. I bought a roll of wide, very reflective 3M tape for about three dollars and made my own two-headed arrow with about 1/5th of it. Guess I could use some of the rest to doctor up the middle finger on all my gloves.
