Now it is allow 100km/h whit trailer. In Finland same registration number on both.

Welcome from Michigan. You being from Finland reminds me of my college days (Houghton/Hancock, MI) - very strong Finish influence (and Swedish too). This is where I learned to put Peanut Butter on my French Toast - awesome. I was always of the opinion that Pasties came from the Fins as well?
