I got this suit yesterday, and it doesn't fit. It's a 44S, and is like brand new. Smells new. Looks new. I paid $680.00 off ebay and would like to get my money back. I 'll give you guy's first crack at it before it goes back on ebay. I will split the shipping cost with you. I am sorry I can not figure out how to download the pictures (#$^%@, why it is difficult to do on this website??). So I'll do my best to describe it to you. Grey with the High VIS yellow on the shoulders and lower legs. The invoice list ... Hard shell TF3 Replacement pad set, and Aero Sleeve map pocket. I wish it would have fit because it is really nice. I have pictures so if interested send me your email or phone number and I can email or text them to you.

Thanks CSJW, Aerostich wants $150.00 to alterate length.I have some really short legs ,,about 28" inseam,so I was prepaired to pay for that .But my belly is bigger than a 44 . It just feels to tight .Eating to much good food off the old Weiner Wagon I guess.I am going to call Aerostich tomorrow and find out how "custom" They can make a suit. I got to say,,,,These suits are really nice ! I can't wait to get one thats perfect for me

Trust me, the inside of a 'Stich is always warm and dry. They're really nice suits.

Be sure to get any other alterations done now: extra pockets, wedge in the lower back, biker gang patches, etc.

I just bought an aerostich 2 piece roadcrafter (NEAR MINT) in my size for similar price. Best purchase ever, except for the FJR.

By their chart, I'm like a 30S. That's kind of weird at 230lbs and 6'0", 32" inseam.
I'm 230ish 6'2" 31" inseam and my 1 pc RC is a 46L, are you sure you're reading it correctly?

Been thinking about selling mine, as I hardly wear it except in colder temps. It's just too damn hot n humid down here to wear it in the summer.

I am a 46S, and I weigh 210, 5'9", 30 inseam. And I can attest 46S is right for me. I have to think you are closer to 48R or S with a 32 inch inseam. Maybe a 48R with an inch or two taken off the inseam at the factory.

The Aerostich chart is not well designed, IMO. Go straight to the "online sizing tool" and fill out the form. Take accurate measurements and be honest with the questions. Lol. A couple days later, you'll get an email with a size.... and any recommendations for custom altering(if needed). Then, if you find a suit on sale or being sold on the Internet- you will know what size you fit. :)

Wlfman- what color combo do you have on your suit? And which suit is it- classic, R-3, or light?
