After-Spring Cleaning Done

Just finished my after winter and spring riding major clean up. Pipes finally look normal again. I'm a little sad to see so much wear from road debris on the lower front coweling even though I have a fender extender. Anyway overall it looks pretty good. I know I don't ride as much as some of you guys, but I do have just over 3500 miles on since January but still only have 5500 on it now.

I've done a few farkles, all cosmetic, nothing performance wise yet. Let's see, Vstream windshield, heated grips, 1" bar risers, Fjrgoodies heavy bar ends and tip over guards, front and rear powerlet outlets, Yamaha (corbin) seat w/backrest (not shown), SW Motech elevated tankbag mount, bags connection tank bag with GPS mount, and lastly a Baehr communication system with ipod input.

Not a bad shine, tried out the Turtle wax ice stuff.

Thanks for all your help guys! I've learned a ton and i'm still learning from all you guys. I'm off to get a new set of Avon Storms tomorrow from Sunnyside Yamaha, I mean Desert Valley Powersports while I'm at Tech West for the weekend.

Missed a spot, riiiiiight there. Wait'll you see what it looks like at 30K. Really though, you see a rusted out claptrap of a pickup, say a 75 1/2 ton Chev Silverado 4 wheeler, exhaust leaks, engine smokin', rust holes in both fenders, rear bumper hanging on one side, box beat to ****, window tinting by Marlboro, and think back to summer of 75, someone was just buffing the living **** outta his pride and joy. It's all relative.

Looks good! The blue on your bike looks really dark. I think mine sorta looks purple-ish. I finally got out to clean mine up monday afternoon, wouldn't ya know it, I rode my bike to work this morning and it rained like crazy. :angry2: Workin on a mountain, weather's like a box of chocolate...."Gump"

Tell me about that tankbag. The GPS mount looks sweet! I've got mine on a techmount, left side mirror mount but don't like that location.

I really like it. The bag never touches the tank. Bought it from twistedthrottle.com, Here is the LINK the gps mount was a little extra and you'll need the sw motech gas cap mount too.
