AK 20 Fork cartridge and oil replacement

Ok so I am replacing the oil in my forks and i have the Traxxion Dynamics AK 20 fork cartridge. Does it take more than a liter of oil to do both? I bought a liter of fork oil (not quite 34 Oz) and I just drained about 18 Oz out. My problem is that in this hick town I live in I have to mail order quality fork oil.

Edit has anyone ever had differental breakdown of oil between forks? in one the oil looked spent but essentaly still clear. in the other it was significantly darker and had that silvery look like there was significant metal wear

UPDATE: Havent had a chance to email Lee but I can tell you that 1 liter is precisely enough to fill both forks.
