Looks kinda sorta similar to a H-D conversion by Tilting Motor Works. Had the opportunity to talk to the owner / inventor of this rig a few weeks ago at our Isle of Vashon ride...pretty nifty idea when the time comes.

Hi guys, I noticed a bunch of traffic on our site coming from fjforum and traced it back to...here! No, it's not one of ours. Not that any well-meaning rider couldn't steer one of ours right off a bridge too. I sure am curious who made it though. This post starts with a statement that the rig "broke" which would be great to learn more about if anyone knows.

I think that this thing is built by a guy named Jim Harrell at Too Kool Cyclesvthe Tilting Reverse Trike. He does not have a website but I found pics and an article on the thing. The front wheels don't turn, they lean.

I wonder if the one in the article is the one that ended up in the river? Seems plausible. In any case, it's a shame all that work ended up that way. Hopefully the fella gets it back to mint condition.
